Promontory Point facilitates acquisition of Illinois wireless general contractor
Promontory Point Capital, a Milwaukee-based investment banking firm, recently assisted Chicago-based FMHC Corp., a wireless site development firm, in its acquisition of Schaumburg, Ill.-based MDM Construction Inc. MDM is a general contractor providing installation, maintenance, technical and construction services to the wireless industry.

No terms of the transaction were disclosed.

MDM Construction will continue to operate under its current name, and Joe Marchese, president of the firm, will become vice president of the firm. He will report to John Cankar, president of FMHC.
