The Medical College of Wisconsin’s 102nd annual commencement exercises will be held Friday, May 15 at 3:30 p.m. at the Milwaukee Theatre.
MCW’s Medical School and its Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences will award a total of 186 MD, 27 PhD, 36 MS, four MA, and 17 Master of Public Health degrees.
Dr. Robert Lefkowitz, Nobel Laureate and James B. Duke Professor of Medicine and Professor of Biochemistry at the Duke University Medical Center, will receive an honorary degree and deliver the commencement address.
MCW will also honor John Bartkowski, DrPH; Lester Carter, RPH; and community health leaders Jon and Ann Hammes with honorary doctoral degrees.
The commencement ceremony is open to the public.
