"Mon through Thurs morning 20 minute eliptical, free weights, crunches Saturday or Sunday 30 minute eliptical or treadmill, free weights."

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
"Working out in the morning has been an incredible stress reliever for me. It is a great way to clear my head and get ready for the challenges of a new day."

How does personal fitness affect your work life?
"I feel better about myself working so many hours as long as I have the time to fit in work outs. Therefore I would say that fitness has allowed me to do a better job at work."

Do you have a corporate health or wellness initiative?
"No."

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
"In a manufacturing environment we like to try to promote a healthy lifestyle in order to avoid unscheduled absences which really affect productivity."

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"Just start a personal fitness program no matter what it is. Once you do, you will be hooked and will feel great about yourself."
