-Menomonee Fallsbased Dielectric Corp., a plastics and non-ferrous metals fabricator, has added new senior management to its team to guide the company’s growth in 2011.
Joining Dielectric as chief operating officer is Perry Pabich, who most recently served as vice president and general manager of the Material Handling division of Magnetek Inc. in Menomonee Falls.
Also joining the Dielectric team as chief financial officer is Todd Zimdars, who most recently served as controller at Criticare Systems in Waukesha.
Dielectric owner and chief executive officer Mike Esser said, "The addition of these individuals is key to managing and driving Dielectric’s growth from a largely regional business to one with significant global reach in the plastics and non- ferrous metals fabrication industry."
Magnetek, Inc. has named Mark Wilson as sales manager for its elevator systems business. Wilson will manage the company’s elevator divisions sales operations.
“Mark brings extensive experience in elevator applications to Magnetek,” said Brad Taylor, vice president of Magnetek’s energy systems business. “During his nearly 10 years in the elevator industry, Mark held technical sales and management positions at Schindler Elevator Corporation and Otis Elevator Company, making him well suited to serve the needs of our customers.”
