Richfield-based DCI Cheese Company, has hired the Liz Bub, graphic designer; Melissa Burnett, replenishment analyst; Shaun Dennis, senior supply planner; Bruce Duevel, plant manager; Greg Koeppel, packaging buyer; and Tyler Nordstrom, graphic designer. The company has also promoted Katie Jury to marketing manager, Jamie Neitzel to new business development assistant and Amy Rabiego to senior accountant.

St. Francis-based Wixon Inc. has named Ed Becerra vice president of operations. Becerra is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing including safety, quality, cost-effective manufacturing, and management of production personnel.
“My major role is to continue Wixon’s commitment to world-class performance by achieving excellent results in all areas and ensuring all our resources are utilized to their full potential,” he said. “This is in keeping with Wixon’s total commitment to quality and of not only meeting customers’ expectations but exceeding them.”
Becerra has more than 25 years of manufacturing and management experience, including general manager, Exxon Chemical; vice president of operations, CHR Hansen; vice president of operations, Associated British Foods; and most recently, director of U.S. operations, Sensient Technologies Flavor Division.
Nashotah-based Dickten Masch Plastics has hired Andy Bondhus as plastics engineer.
Bondhus will be based out of Dickten Masch’s Iowa facility. In his role, he will support part design, mold flow, tooling and tool design for DMP.
“Andy is very well respected within the industry, and we’re thrilled to have him at Dickten Masch,” said Steve Dyer, DMP’s President and CEO. “He brings the design, tooling and project engineering capabilities that we’re looking for to take care of our customers and to grow our business.”
Bondhus worked previously at Innovative Injection Technologies Inc. as a senior project engineer and a tooling and design engineer.
