Richfield-based DCI Cheese Company, has hired the Liz Bub, graphic designer; Melissa Burnett, replenishment analyst; Shaun Dennis, senior supply planner; Bruce Duevel, plant manager; Greg Koeppel, packaging buyer; and Tyler Nordstrom, graphic designer.  The company has also promoted Katie Jury to marketing manager, Jamie Neitzel to new business development assistant and Amy Rabiego to senior accountant.

โ€œDCI continues to see tremendous demand for our value-added products and services,โ€ said Tim Omer, president of DCI. โ€œWeโ€™re growing quickly and are focusing heavily on staffing to ensure we remain the go-to resource for all of our customersโ€™ specialty cheese and prepared food needs.โ€

St. Francis-based Wixon Inc. has named Ed Becerra vice president of operations. Becerra is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing including safety, quality, cost-effective manufacturing, and management of production personnel.

Becerra has more than 25 years of manufacturing and management experience, including general manager, Exxon Chemical; vice president of operations, CHR Hansen; vice president of operations, Associated British Foods; and most recently, director of U.S. operations, Sensient Technologies Flavor Division.

Nashotah-based Dickten Masch Plastics has hired Andy Bondhus as plastics engineer.

Bondhus will be based out of Dickten Maschโ€™s Iowa facility. In his role, he will support part design, mold flow, tooling and tool design for DMP.

โ€œAndy is very well respected within the industry, and weโ€™re thrilled to have him at Dickten Masch,โ€ said Steve Dyer, DMPโ€™s President and CEO. โ€œHe brings the design, tooling and project engineering capabilities that weโ€™re looking for to take care of our customers and to grow our business.โ€

Bondhus worked previously at Innovative Injection Technologies Inc. as a senior project engineer and a tooling and design engineer.
