The Germantown, Menomonee Falls and Sussex chambers of commerce will host a Manufacturing Career Expo: Helping Create the Workforce of Tomorrow on Wednesday, Oct. 17 and Thursday, Oct. 18 at Davians Banquet and Conference Center, 16300 W. Silver Spring Drive in Menomonee Falls. The event brings together local manufacturers and high school students to feature careers in the manufacturing industry. The Precision Metalforming Association will host a Women in Manufacturing Summit on Monday, Oct. 29 and Tuesday, Oct. 30 at the Pfister Hotel, 424 E. Wisconsin Ave. in Milwaukee. Gayle Tauber, entrepreneur and founder of Kashi Company and Gail Lione, chief compliance officer at Harley-Davidson, will give the keynote addresses.
