"I average 10 hours per week of Swimming, Biking or Running. I also incorporate Yoga, Pilates, and weight training."

"I quit smoking in 1989. To handle the stress, I began to exercise. My training has become a hobby and main activity."

"It helps me cope with stress."

"It does rub off. People see the change and imitate."
