Raghav Real Estate Holding LLC recently purchased the 76-room MainStay Suites hotel at 1001 W. College Ave. in Oak Creek for $2.45 million, according to state records.
The hotel was sold by John and Dionysia Demopoulos of Muskego.
The three-story hotel was built in 2000 on a a 4-acre site not far from Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee.

Port Washington-based John Kesselman Real Estate and Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Alpine Realty Capital brokered the deal for both the buyer and seller.
