What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? For workouts I do at least one hour of exercise seven days a week. My workouts include: free weights, aerobics, yoga, running, biking, stretching, and kickbox.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? Being fit has given me improved focus, less stress and a better life.
How does personal fitness affect your work life? Being personally fit allows me to be a better doctor, surgeon and leader.
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization? Improved attitude, better health.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Just do it.
