WHO ARE THE BUSINESS PEOPLE, LOCALLY OR NATIONALLY, WHOM YOU ADMIRE? AND WHAT TRAITS DO THOSE PEOPLE EXHIBIT THAT MAKE YOU ADMIRE THEM? In addition to my heroes I listed last year, Joseph Campione, Jack Fallucca Sr. and Tom Redmond, I admire:

• Dennis Braun – who started at Total Comfort in an entry-level position, worked hard, purchased the company from the owner and grew it into one of the most respected and well run organizations in the industry. Dennis did all of this while, along with his wife, Eda, raising a family that is truly a visual affidavit of he and Eda’s ethics and core beliefs. He has to my knowledge always been a man of his word and surrounded himself with champions.

• Mike Mesenbourg – who took a small shopping center from a nice little place to a nationally known player. His core values are demonstrated daily through his fair and above board interactions with the vendors, customers and coworkers. Mike’s love may appear to be his work, simply by looking at his success, but in fact his real love is his family, truly a great guy.

• Alfred Bader – who began with less than nothing, went to school, developed an idea and took it to levels most people can’t even dream of. This was amazing in of itself. However, he has done it twice in two completely different fields. His drive, his love for his God, his love for his family and his love of his work require all who look to take pause. While certainly a brilliant man, his persona never makes one feel uncomfortable. Never boastful, a humble man with many blessings, truly a great role model.

WHAT IS THE OUTLOOK FOR THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF YOUR INDUSTRY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS?
Steady, unless taxes go up.

Congratulations from these strategic partners:
