What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I usually run 45 miles per week or workout with weights.

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? Being fit has allowed me to accomplish set goals.

How does personal fitness affect your work life? Personal fitness shows that I can accomplish things that might seem unattainable, also breaking projects down into component parts – like a training plan

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Just start and keep with it.
