Milwaukee-based The Marcus Corp. has promoted Joseph Khairallah to president of Marcus Hotels & Resorts.
Marcus Hotels hired Khairallah in 2013 as chief operating officer. In 2014, he started managing daily operations for the hotel division and joined The Marcus Corp. executive management committee.
Marcus Corp.’s hotels division has not had a president since September 2013, when Kirk Rose resigned less than a year after taking the post.
Prior to joining Marcus, Khairallah served as vice president of rooms, spa and security at Hyatt Hotels’ Americas Group. He worked at Hyatt for more than 30 years.
