What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative? Personal fitness is a mindset and an attitude. You can be fit and healthy without a lot of expense, but you have to have the drive to actually do what it takes. Create the change in your life that will help make a healthy lifestyle.
