Wauwatosa-based real estate development firm Irgens last week sold four medical office buildings in the Milwaukee area to Rochester, N.Y.-based Broadstone Real Estate LLC for nearly $34 million, according to state records.
The area properties sold by Irgens were at: 2315 E. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, $12.35 million; 21700 Intertech Dr., Brookfield, for $8.435 million; 4475 S. 108th St., Greenfield, $7.894 million; 1350 S. Sunny Slope Road, Brookfield, $5.261 million.
