We take pride in the job we do – matching good employees with good employers. Much of our growth is based on repeat business and referrals from satisfied customers and candidates we have placed.

It is time-consuming to find qualified candidates, and there is a lack of training in entry level candidates coming out of high school.

We are hiring additional staff and looking to increase our online presence through our website and social media.

Based on our clients’ hiring projections, we anticipate steady growth into 2012.

We learned during the downturn that diligent, focused marketing pays off. We were able to add several new clients and initiate contact with others – knowing that we would be able to help them once they started hiring.
