Innovative Signs purchases assets of sign manufacturer Alpha Neonx

Waukesha-based Innovative Signs has purchased the assets of Wauwatosa-Based Alpha Neonx, a manufacturer of electrical signs.

Among the assets Innovative Signs is acquiring is new equipment, giving the company the ability to produce LED channel letters, illuminated cabinet boxes and free-standing pylon signs. Innovative Signs will now provide electronic message centers and service external lighting for parking lots and other structures. The purchase also expands Innovative Signs’ truck fleet, adding one 60-foot two-man bucket crane, one 60-foot service ladder truck, one 85-foot two-man bucket truck with crane and a 28-foot service bucket truck.

All operations have been moved to Innovative Signs’ Waukesha facility, and Alpha Neonx’s Wauwatosa location will be closed. Three of Alpha Neonx’s seven employees will be joining Innovative Signs. Innovative Signs has a total of 12 employees.
