Husch Blackwell names Enea Milwaukee managing partner

Nettesheim to lead Waukesha County office

Business law firm Husch Blackwell has named Jack Enea managing partner of its Milwaukee office and Timothy Nettesheim managing partner of its Waukesha County office.

Missouri-based Husch Blackwell last month acquired Milwaukee-based business law firm Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. The combined firm contains more than 700 attorneys operating out of offices in 19 U.S. cities and in London. Paul Eberle, who previously served as chief executive of WHD, is now deputy CEO at Husch Blackwell.

Enea, CPA, is an attorney on Husch Blackwell’s financial services industry group, working with clients across industries on business law and serving as legal counsel on business sales. He has worked at WHD for three years. Before that, Enea was a partner at Schloemer Law Firm S.C. in West Bend, where he worked for nearly 20 years, and previously served as an accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. He holds a degree in business, management, marketing and related support services from the University of Wisconsin and a law degree from Marquette University.

“Everything that clients looked to Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek to provide – excellent client service, creative solutions, efficiency, and deep industry knowledge – we can now offer to a greater degree, supported by Husch Blackwell’s best-in-class regional platform that enables us to move and grow with our clients,” Enea said.

Nettesheim, previously a WHD shareholder, is also part of the financial services industry group, assisting public and private companies throughout the life cycle. He focuses on transaction negotiation, negotiation training and M&A finance analysis. Nettesheim has worked at WHD for two years and previously spent 24 years at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C., where he was a shareholder. He holds a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a law degree and master of laws degree in taxation and tax law from University of the Pacific.

“It’s an honor to serve the firm as office managing partner,” Nettesheim said, “Husch Blackwell has demonstrated its commitment to the greater Milwaukee and Wisconsin markets, and I look forward to building on its excellent track record for client service.”

Husch Blackwell also named Mindi Giftos managing partner of the firm’s Madison office.

“I am pleased to announce the addition of Jack, Mindi, and Tim to the firm’s management team,” said Maurice Watson, chairman of Husch Blackwell. “Their legal, business, and community relationships in Wisconsin are long-standing and deep, and I look forward to working with them in growing our firm’s presence in Wisconsin and beyond.”
