HSA pays $7.6 million for Plaza 173

Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate bought the 92,000-square-foot Plaza 173 shopping center at 17300 W. Bluemound Road in Brookfield from Bethesda, Md.-based CW Capital for $7.6 million, according to state records.

The sale was first announced last week, but the sale price was not disclosed.

The shopping center’s tenants including Dunham’s, Men’s Wearhouse, Famous Footwear and Kessler Jewelers.

The shopping center was sold last year in the sheriff’s foreclosure auction for $4.8 million. The property has an assessed value of $7.38 million, according to Waukesha County records.
