Chicago-based HSA Commercial announced it has purchased a 24,178-square-foot outpatient clinic building, occupied by Aurora Health Care, northeast of Janesville and Moorland roads in Muskego.
The building, sold by Boulder Venture, is adjacent to a Kohl’s department store. Jack Price and Mike Keane of The Boerke Company represented Boulder Venture in brokering the deal.
Construction of the building was completed recently and the clinic is expected to open this fall. Aurora has a long term lease for the facility.
