What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of?
"I work out at the downtown WAC about 4 times a week. I usually take the early morning fitness classes starting at 6:00am."
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
"Working out in the morning really helps keep me alert at work and functioning well throughout the entire day. Without my morning workout I get tired after lunch. I have much more energy throughout the day and into the night for all the other activities in my life"

"Give a morning workout a try, you will be surprised by your increase in energy level throughout the day."
