Healics acquires Core Health Group

Organizations:

Entrepreneur and wellness consultant Connie Roethel has sold her Mequon-based company, Core Health Group, to Milwaukee-based Healics Inc.

“I have been blessed these past 12 years with staff, clients, industry partners and friends who have helped build Core Health Group to a successful and highly respected health and wellness organization. We believe we have been true to our purpose; that is to improve the health and wellbeing of those whom we have served,” Roethel said in a letter to clients. “It is with excitement and anticipation that I announce the merging of Core Health Group with our longtime partner Healics Inc. Healics is the largest privately owned Wellness Company in the Midwest. We believe the blending of Core’s high touch services with Healics’ resources, technology, and vast network of clients and relationships will create an organization that leads the industry in best practice wellness services.”

Roethel, who is a registered nurse, said she and her staff have joined the Healics team. Roethel has accepted the position of vice president of coaching services. Her staff of wellness coordinators and certified health coaches will continue working with clients in their current roles. The companies have merged their offices in Milwaukee at 8919 W. Heather Ave.

We are grateful for this new opportunity and look forward to deepening our relationships with our clients, employee participants and partners,” Roethel said.
