Head shaving in support of transit

Steve Glynn, president and founder of Spreenkler Creative recently shaved his head as part of a transit support campaign

Launch Milwaukee, a platform dedicated to raising education and awareness of key issues in Milwaukee’s seven county region, recently issued a challenge to get 100 people to call local legislators in support of RTA legislation. In support of Launch Milwaukee’s effort, Steve Glynn, president and founder of Bayview-based Spreenkler Creative (pictured at left) vowed to shave his head if the goal was reached. Glynn and Launch Milwaukee  believe that an effective transit system is equal to tens of thousands of jobs for residents in Southeastern Wisconsin. The transit legislation will be voted on by the Wisconsin State Assembly if it gets approved by the Joint Finance Committee. Photo courtesy of Spreenkler.
