Harken Inc. is building a new 170,000-square-foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing plant at N15 W248887 Bluemound Road in Pewaukee.
The company hired Oconomowoc-based MSI General Corp. to build the facility. It was designed by Zimmerman Architectural Studios. The new headquarters, expected to be complete in June of 2012, will replace the 65,000-square-foot three-building complex the company has at 1251 E. Wisconsin Ave., Pewaukee, and a 65,000-square-foot facility that the company leases in Waukesha. Harken is a manufacturer of sailboat hardware and accessories.
