Gregg Tushaus, founder, CEO and chief technology officer of Wauwatosa-based Tushaus Computer Services, has been interested in business since he was young and in 1993 he started his own computer services company.
Tushaus Computer Services stores and secures information for its clients and is an IT service provider that meets all of its clients computer services needs.
The company has grown since its founding and its cloud hosting facility in Wauwatosa is now completely full, so it is opening an additional host facility in the Fox Valley. Cloud hosting is the future of IT and Tushaus is constantly looking for new ways to be the leader in this industry, he said.
Tushaus instills his drive and willingness to embrace change into each of his 150 employees encouraging them to seek innovative opportunities in every aspect of work fostering a partnership between the company and its clients.
Tushaus Computer Services creates a “service and success loop” that demonstrates the link between satisfied employees and satisfied clients. There is a 97 percent client satisfaction rate and a 90 percent voluntary employee retention rate, which Tushaus says are clearly correlated results.
Tushaus Computer Services established a scholarship through the Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business at The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, to provide financial support to deserving students.
“We recognize that we too benefit from encouraging student development in IT services,” said Tushaus.
