The Shops of Grand Avenue in downtown Milwaukee recently added three new tenants to the western half of the mall.
Sports World will occupy 1,730 square feet, Cream City Soap Company will occupy 1,675 square feet and Boss Chick Clothing will occupy 1,496 square feet. All three will open in mid-October.
The three tenants are part of the mall’s pop-up leasing program. The short-term leasing program has attracted more than 30,000 square feet of tenant space leases in the mall.
