Goodwill to build store in Bay View

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin plans to build a 20,000-square-foot store at 123 W. Oklahoma Ave., Milwaukee, in the city’s Bay View neighborhood.

The store will be built in a parking lot adjacent to a Piggly Wiggly store southeast of Oklahoma and Chase avenues.

Ground has been broken for the project, which is expected to be complete in mid-2013.
Goodwill is leasing the outlot from PJR Properties LLC. Kevin Riordan and Andy Fishler of The Boerke Company brokered the lease for both sides of the deal.
