Wauwatosa-based Irgens Development Partners LLC plans to build a 20,000-square-foot medical office and clinic building in Greenfield for Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin.
The building will be built on two acres of the parking lot north of the Budget Cinema at 4475 S. 108th St. Plans are for the medical office building and the movie theater will share the parking lot, said Chuck Erickson, Greenfield planning director.
“The peak usage times (of the medical office building/clinic and movie theater) do not butt heads with each other,” he said.
The property is located on the west side of Highway 100, across the street from where Wal-Mart plans to build a new 148,000-square-foot supercenter store, which includes a grocery department, on a golf driving range that is behind an existing Wal-Mart discount store.
