A $35 million condominium project will break ground near Fowler Lake in Oconomowoc in July or August. The 50-unit condominium building, to be called Fowler Lake Village, is planned east of city hall. Jeff Seymour is developing the project, and Milwaukee-based KORB + Associates Architects and Pewaukee-based VJS Construction Services also are part of the development team.
