Former Actuant building in Glendale to be sold at auction

Company consolidated headquarters in 2011

One of Actuant Corp.’s former warehouses is being sold in an online auction with a starting bid of $350,000.

A 42,217-industrial warehouse and a 1-acre lot at 6151 N. Baker Road and 2101 N. Bender Road, Glendale, will be sold in a two-day auction beginning May 2. The building is currently 100 percent occupied and leased to Ascent Battery Supply, a subsidiary of Hartland-based Batteries Plus.

Batteries Plus is using the building for warehousing and distribution, which is the same thing Actuant used it for.
