Hometown Pharmacy opened Monday in Fitchburg, hoping to take over where Bergmann Pharmacy left off.
It is one of more than two dozen Hometown Pharmacy locations around Wisconsin.
The independent pharmacy company has been rapidly expanding in the Madison area and elsewhere. Stores opened in Sun Prairie in April, in Kewaskum, two weeks ago and will open in Sussex in August and in Middleton after that.
