First Lady, Jessica Doyle will be honored with the Lifetime Achievement in Literacy Award at Wisconsin Literacy, Inc’s 8th Annual Celebration
of Literacy at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in Madison on Tuesday, April 27.
"Wisconsin is very fortunate to have our First Lady tirelessly advocating for the importance of literacy skills across the lifespan. She has been on the front-lines of promoting literacy everywhere in our state," said Michele Erikson, Wisconsin Literacy executive director. Angelica Taubenheim, a tutor at the Sheboygan Family Resource Center will be honored as the Outstanding English Language Learner of the Year.
Jane Hamilton, award-winning Wisconsin Author will be the keynote speaker for the event. For more information or to purchase a
