North Shore Bank has named Lyneen Fischer, regional vice president and district manager for the bank’s East district, as the 2010 “District Manager of the Year.”
The East district – which includes Grafton/Cedarburg, Mequon, Bayshore, Fox Point, and two Shorewood offices – was the bank’s top-performing district for all four quarters of 2010, said Susan T. Doyle, vice president and branch operations manager for North Shore Bank.
“It’s a high honor to be named District Manager of the Year, and it’s an honor that Lyneen certainly deserves,” Doyle said. “She’s an extremely energetic and talented banker who excels in the area of business development. She’s an inspirational leader and helps demonstrate each and every day the financial knowledge and high-touch service that makes North Shore Bank one of the country’s strongest financial institutions.”
Fischer, who lives in Menomonee Falls, has been with North Shore Bank for 28 years.
“We extend our congratulations and gratitude to Lyneen and the great North Shore Bank team she’s built in our East district,” Doyle said. “Lyneen is a tremendous ambassador for our bank, and she personifies the hard work and dedication that has helped North Shore Bank grow and thrive over the past 85-plus years.”
