Green Bay-based Associated Banc-Corp has named Clark Rasmussen as the new team leader for the Waukesha commercial banking team.
Most recently, Rasmussen worked for AMCORE bank, where he spent the last seven years establishing and growing the commercial banking teams in Waukesha and Wauwatosa. Prior to that, he was with Associated Bank as senior vice president and team leader for one of the metro commercial banking teams.
Associated has also named Autumn M. Latimore senior vice president and public relations director. Latimore previously served as global public relations leader for the $7 billion Life Support Solutions division of GE Healthcare in Milwaukee. She has also held management positions in communications and marketing at S.C. Johnson & Son in Racine and the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Lattimore replaces Janet Ford, who has been promoted to senior vice president of investor relations with the company.
Both Ford and Lattimore work from the company’s Milwaukee offices.
