New event to be held on March 21

In March, BizTimes Media will host a new event to help area business leaders improve their skills and grow their businesses.

John Lankford

The Executive Forum will be held on Thursday, March 21, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Italian Community Center, 631 E. Chicago St., Milwaukee.

The keynote speaker and workshop leader for the Executive Forum will be John Lankford, four-time winner of the Business Advisor of the Year in North America, and the author of the book “The Answer is Leadership…What is the question?”

Lankford, who has 23 years of corporate experience and 12 years of entrepreneurial experience, will present and lead an interactive discussion for business leaders who want to know more about:

  • Developing leadership teams using proven, strategic methods.
  • Funding a company’s leadership development, using solutions that pay for themselves.
  • Improving a company’s ability to recruit and retain talent.
  • Increasing the value of a company.

Lankford has facilitated more than two dozens mergers and acquisitions, and has launched three businesses (ultimately selling two of them).

Attendees will be limited to CEOs, presidents, owners, partners and COOs at companies with 10 or more employees. Any registrants who do not meet those qualifications will be placed on a waiting list and may be offered a space at a later date, pending available capacity.
