What has fueled your company’s growth?
The rapid growth of the internet as a retail channel coupled with live sales and customer service professionals answering calls seven days a week. We have a very high reorder rate as a result of this and our customers enjoy lower prices and better selection with a higher level of service than traditional retailers.
What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth?
Presently, a struggling economy and tight credit.
Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months?
Adding additional websites to our mix as well as hiring more staff.
Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them?
First and foremost, our previous employer and mentor, George Mosher for his patience, generosity, and direct marketing expertise. We were all fortunate to work with him for many years. Starting a business from the ground up can be very challenging. There are 3 people who shared our vision with understanding, patience, and guidance in key areas of concern: 1) Michael Klinker with Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek 2) Dean Goetter with Ritz Holman 3) Scott Rasmussen with Waterstone HR. They all worked hard for us from the start and embraced our vision. They all continue to be outstanding partners as we grow.
What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months?
Slowly improving across all sectors, particularly government and small office/home office.
What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession?
With over 20 years of experience in this business, we have a unique perspective focusing on superior customer service and product value. We have an extremely high reorder rate and our core customers will be supporting us as their businesses improve and need more furnishings to support their growing needs.
Congratulations from the strategic partner behind Everything2go.com LLC.
