WHAT HAS FUELED YOUR COMPANY’S GROWTH? The changing dynamics of demographics related to “baby boomer” retirements certainly has aided our growth, but th  primary catalyst of our growth is the visionary strength of our staff and their ability to create strategic hiring practices that help our clients grow.

DO YOU PLAN ANY CHANGES IN YOUR COMPANY IN THE UPCOMING MONTHS? We ar  exploring additional business lines. We are also in the process of regional expansion as it relates to opening new offices.

WHO ARE THE BUSINESS PEOPLE, LOCALLY OR NATIONALLY, WHOM YOU ADMIRE? AND WHAT TRAITS DO THOSE PEOPLE EXHIBIT THAT MAKE YOU ADMIRE THEM?
Locally, I am a staunch supporter of Sen. Russ Feingold. I admire his strength and fearless fortitude. Nationally, I have immense respect for Warren Buffet. His unyielding generosity and philanthropic vision are what I aspire to emulate.

WHAT IS THE OUTLOOK FOR THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF YOUR INDUSTRY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS? Over the next few months, the employment trends should remain relatively steady. The larger impact to our industry will occur in the next three to five years as a large chunk of retiring professionals create openings that will be increasingly difficult to fill based on the ratio of people leaving the workforce versus those entering the market.
