What has fueled your company’s growth? “Loyalty and dedicated employees, constant communication with everyone involved ranging from customer service, production to customers. Ability to adapt to changing markets, finding a price point to earn money but still offer a good deal. Trust with all suppliers that all parties need to work together to grow and achieve the success set out.

What is the biggest obstacle to your company’s growth? “Like every small business, cash flow is key. But working with a great bank really helps that obstacle.”

Do you plan any changes in your company in the upcoming months? “We just purchased a new building and added new equipment in screen printing and embroidery.”

Who are the business people, locally or nationally, whom you admire? And what traits do those people exhibit that make you admire them? “My father is someone who I very much admire and appreciate the advice he gives. He worked for Milwaukee County for 35 years. I have a great deal of admiration for everyone who is willing to take a chance. Traits I really respect and pattern my life and decisions off of are ones that reflect positively on others. Able to grow a business and give time to help charities.”

What is the outlook for the business conditions of your industry over the next several months? “Outlook is very promising. Apparel decoration is always needed and a great marketing item. With new procedures in place, Wisconsin is a great place to have the ability to purchase new equipment and hire quality employees.”

What is your company’s key strategy for rising out of the recession? “Be happy with who we are and what we represent. Appreciate all customers, employees and give full effort to everything we try to achieve. Be happy but always look for new ideas and business.”
