Doering Leasing Co., a fleet management and vehicle leasing company, is moving its operations from 5317 N. 118th Ct. in Milwaukee to 15300 W. Capitol Dr. in Brookfield. The firm is also adding an additional location at 6161 N. Flint Road, Glendale, to help it serve customers on the east side of the metro area.
The Brookfield location is the company’s new corporate headquarters.
“We’re just growing,” said Joseph W. “Chip” Doering, the president and founder of the company, which he established in 1989. “We’re just giving great service to our clients.”
The firm has 14 employees and plans to add another five within the next year, Doering said.
An affiliate of Doering Leasing Co. bought the 6,500-square-foot, two-story Brookfield building for $595,000 in October, according to state records. The firm is leasing the 1,500-square-foot space in Glendale.
“Doering is growing with much thanks to our clients and staff,” said Adam Berger, vice president of sales and a partner in the firm, in an email about the company’s move. “The leasing and fleet management businesses continue to grow and we are so thankful to have great banks, clients and staff to continue the trend. Our service offerings have broadened and Doering’s national reach expands annually.”
