HSI Development Partners LLC and Derse Inc. recently broke ground for Derse’s new, 160,000-square-foot national headquarters and manufacturing facility in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley. The Derse complex will be the largest project to date in the Menomonee Valley Industrial Center. Derse, a creator of tradeshow exhibitions and marketing experiences, also will expand its local workforce. HSI is a Glendale-based real estate development and construction management company.
