Dedicated Computing acquires Tushaus

Waukesha-based Dedicated Computing Inc. has acquired Wauwatosa-based Tushaus Computer Services LLC for an undisclosed amount.
Dedicated Computing is a designer and manufacturer of purposed-specific computers for original equipment manufacturers and independent service vendors.
Tushaus Computer Services provides technology solutions for businesses.
Tushaus has 140 employees and Dedicated Computing has about 200. Both the Dedicated Computing and Tushaus names will remain.
Dedicated Computing chief executive officer Don Schlidt will be CEO of Dedicated Computing and Tushaus.
Gregg Tushaus, founder, CEO and chief technology officer of Tushaus, will be chief technology officer of the combined company.
Jack Gebhardt will remain as president of Tushaus.
Tushaus, will retain all of its current employees and locations.
