Pewaukee industrial building sold for $1.13 million
Schlueter Number 4 LLC recently purchased the 25,000-square-foot industrial building at N8 W22323 Johnson Road, Pewaukee, from Christopher J. Kobach and Gail A. Kobach for $1.13 million.
Sam Dickman Jr. and Sam Dickman Sr. of The Dickman Company Inc. represented the buyer and the seller in brokering the sale.
Dickman declined to disclose the name of the buyer, but said it is “a local investor.” The registered agent for Schlueter Number 4 LLC is John Schlueter, the president of Oak Creek-based Karl’s Event Rental.
Christopher Kobach is the owner of Diversified Printing Services Inc., which is moving out of the building.
As previously reported by BizTimes Milwaukee Real Estate Weekly, Menomonee Falls-based Digital Color Inc. and New Berlin-based Saturn Lounge plan to move their operations into a 15,000-square-foot space in the building. The two companies are both owned by Paul Baudhuin and Jim and Amy Kohlart. Digital Color provides pre-press and pre-media services and is located at N83 W13266 Leon Road, Menomonee Falls. Saturn Lounge Photography is an advertising photography company located at 16622 W. Rogers Dr., New Berlin.
