Chryspac to move near airport
Milwaukee-based Chryspac LLC plans to move from its current location in 22,000 square feet at 2107 S. 1st St., Milwaukee, to a 33,000-square-foot space at 130 W. Edgerton Ave., Milwaukee, which it will lease from BCL Edgerton LLC. Sales at Chryspac are up 70 percent this year, said president and CEO Bill Beckett. The company has about 15 to 20 employees, needs more space, he said, and will make the move on June 1. The lease was brokered by Brett Garceau and Stephen Provancher of NAI MLG Commercial, who represented the building owner, and Bob Dufek of Dufek Realty, who represented Chryspac.
