An entity formed by Greendale-based Custom Fabricating and Supplies, a supplier of masking products such as powder coating tape discs for industrial applications, recently purchased a 30,000-square-foot industrial building at 5500 W. Oakwood Park Dr. in Franklin for $1.3 million, according to state records.
The building was purchased by HL Investment Properties LLP, which was formed on Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to state records. HL Investment Properties’ address, 6100 Industrial Ct., Greendale, is the same address of Custom Fabricating Supplies’ corporate headquarters. The registered agent for HL Investment Properties is Henry Asik, who is the president of Custom Fabricating Supplies.
Asik could not be reached for comment this morning.
In addition to its Greendale headquarters, Custom Fabricating and Supplies has facilities in Canton, Ga.; Cleveland, Ohio; Houston; and Whittier, Calif.
The 5500 W. Oakwood Park Dr., Franklin, building was sold by Oakwood Park Investments LLC. Its registered agent is John Tadych, who could not be reached for comment.
The building is located in the Franklin Business Park and was formerly occupied by American Building Restoration, according to LoopNet.
