Crescendo Collective will move from Walker’s Point to former Pabst brewery complex

Will lease 8,700 square feet at The 42

Milwaukee digital marketing firm Crescendo Collective will move from Walker’s Point to The 42, a mixed-use development at the former Pabst brewery complex downtown.

The 42 occupies the former Pabst Brewery’s shipping center building.

CBRE announced that Crescendo has signed an 8,700-square-foot lease in The Factory Office Suites at The 42. Crescendo will move from its current office space at 131 W. Seeboth St. into the new space later this year, according to a news release.

In addition to office space, The 42 is also home to the MKE Brewing Co. 9th St. Brewery, the Glass + Griddle brewpub and Venue Forty-Two event space.

”Office space in The Factory is truly modern and caters to tech savvy users like Crescendo Collective,” said Scott Lurie, owner of Bull & A Boy LLC, which developed and owns The 42. “The highly amenitized space brings a fresh look to how tenants can enjoy their space during and after work.”

With Crescendo moving in, there remains just under 35,000 square feet of rentable space at The Factory.

Max Rasansky and Alyssa Geisler of CBRE represented the landlord at The 42, Scott Lurie. The tenant, Crescendo Collective, was represented by The Boerke Company.
