Cresa, a Boston-based commercial real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants, recently moved its Milwaukee office from the Chase Tower at 111 E. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee to the CityCenter at 735 N. Water St., downtown.
Cresa is leasing 3,200 square feet of space at CityCenter, said Steve Palec, managing principal for Cresa’s Milwaukee office.
“I think the coolest part of it is that I have noticed very few offices have receptionists anymore, so as an alternative we have a living room,” Palec said. “And, just like most offices will in the future, to encourage more collaborative space we put in a coffee shop within our space.”
A grand opening event for the office will be held there from 4-6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 27.
