CaP BioMaterials LLC leased 3,671 square feet of industrial space at 2485 Corporate Circle, East Troy, from Knudson-East Troy LLC.

Whitt Diversified Interests LLC purchased 20,800 square feet of industrial space at W196 N7552 F&W Court, Lannon, from Arrow Carton Company.

An undisclosed private investor purchased the 89,000-square-foot flex-office property at W233 N2095 Ridgeview Parkway, Pewaukee, from Ridgeview Business IV LLC.

Community Care Inc. purchased the 95,000-square-foot industrial building at 3220 W. Vliet St., Milwaukee, from Industries for the Blind, which is moving its operations to Curtis Drive in West Allis.

Continental Properties purchased 11.7 acres of industrial land on Oaks Road in Racine.

Infratrol Manufacturing purchased the 66,000-square-foot industrial building at 2500 S. 162nd St., New Berlin.

Fabricated Metal purchased the 67,000-square-foot industrial building on 12 acres at 3240 E. Van Norman Ave., Cudahy, from Lokre Select LLP.

1031 NNN Properties purchased the 100,000-square-foot office building at 400 N. Executive Dr., Brookfield.

Glenrock Company purchased the 24,000-square-foot industrial building at N49 W13545 Campbell Dr., Menomonee Falls.

Ridgeview IV Partners LLC purchased the 89,000-square-foot flex-office building at W233 N2095 Ridgeview Parkway, Pewaukee, from Ridgeview Business IV LLC.

7600 Harwood LLC purchased the 10,594-square-foot office and warehouse building at 7600 Harwood Ave., Wauwatosa, from Richard A. Streff.

Dickman Company

Sheldan Company LLP purchased 110,000 square feet of industrial space at 5341 W. Woolworth Ave., Milwaukee, from BMC Investment Company LLP for $1.27 million.

NAI MLG Commercial

Singson & Montano LLC purchased a 5,300-square-foot office space at 535 N. 27th St., Milwaukee, from Neighborhood Housing Services of Milwaukee. Half of the office space will be used as a medical clinic. The other half will be used for a Philippine Cultural Center headquarters.

Main Street Real Estate Holdings LLC purchased a 27,921-square-foot office building at 10101 W. Greenfield Ave., West Allis, from RPMC LLC.

Family Hair Care LLC purchased a 1,650-square-foot retail space at 3977-79 S. Howell Ave., Milwaukee, from Bernadine Williams.

New construction

MSI General Corp., Oconomowoc, was selected to design and build a 28,792-square-foot building at Walnut Ridge Drive and Richards Road in Hartland for Eden Prairie, Minn.-based IDI Distributors Inc. MSI General was also selected to design and build a 12,030-square-foot addition to the Meadowbrook Marketplace at Highway 18 and Highway TT in Waukesha. Shorewest Realty will have an office in the new building.

VJS Construction Services, Pewaukee, was hired as the general contractor for the Jewish Home and Care Center project at 1414 N. Prospect Ave., Milwaukee. The $21 million renovation and expansion of the assisted living and skilled nursing facility is expected to be complete next summer.

Mikkelson Builders, Mequon, recently began construction of Stonewood III, a 26,300-square-foot, multi-tenant office building in the Germantown Office Park. The office park is located at Shorewood Drive and Mequon Road. Construction is expected to be complete next summer.
