Concordia University Wisconsin plans to build a 5-story, 274-bed dormitory on the north side of its campus at 12800 N. Lake Shore Dr. in Mequon.
The new building would be built on a site surrounded by two existing residence halls: Coburg Hall and Augsburg Hall. The new building would also have some classrooms.
