Milwaukee M&A advisory firm Cleary Gull has acted as advisor for PMT Indsutries LLC, which was recently acquired by W.T. Walker Group Inc.
PMT, located in Surgoinsville, Tenn., is a tier two supplier of complex, high alloy steel forgings for vehicle engines and suspensions.
W.T. Walker Group is the parent company of Walker Forge Inc. in Milwaukee and Clintonville. It provides closed-die forgings for heavy truck, agriculture, military, railroad, diesel engines and construction.
