Chedid is new CEO of Luther Manor

United Lutheran Program for the Aging Inc., which does business as Luther Manor, announced the appointment of Stephanie Chedid as president and chief executive officer.

Luther Manor is a nonprofit continuing care retirement community, located in Wauwatosa, Grafton, and Mequon, with a staff of more than 600 full-time and part-time employees that serves more than 400 residents and participants daily.

“We are delighted to have Stephanie join our team,” said United Lutheran Program for the Aging board chairman Dale Kirchner. “Stephanie’s many years of financial leadership and planning in the nonprofit health care sector make her an outstanding addition to the Luther Manor community.”

Chedid succeeds the Rev. David J. Keller, who retired in 2014 after 23 years as president and CEO. Chedid is the third executive to hold the position in Luther Manor’s more than 50-year history of serving older adults.

Chedid most recently served as president of Cleary Gull Advisors Inc., a Milwaukee-based advisory firm. She dedicated her business to working in the health care sector and with nonprofit organizations, specializing in aging services across the nation. In addition, she has extensive experience working with faith-based organizations and their governing boards. Prior to joining Cleary Gull in 2006, Chedid was a senior vice president at Robert W. Baird and Co. Inc.
