CBRE moves to new space at U.S. Bank Center

The Milwaukee office for real estate brokerage CBRE recently moved to a new space in the office’s longtime home, the U.S. Bank Center at 777 E. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee.

CBRE now occupies 12,422-square-foot of space in the 42-story building. The office was 11,149 square feet and was previously located on the 32nd floor of the building. It is now located on the 31st floor.

“Our new space is a progressive, collaborative and exciting new work environment for our employees and clients,” said CBRE managing director Tim Brauer.

CBRE has 43 employees in its Milwaukee office.
